"Terror, with Theresa May turning her back on Europe, wearing Red" was inspired by the historical events leading up to Brexit and a reaction to a terrorist act in Berlin that occurred that same year.
“Wearing Red," is meant ironically, the media in Europe was fascinated with Theresa May outfits, sometimes more than her policies.
